What winds you up about your favourite TV shows?

For those of you who don't know CSI has been one of the major TV successes of the last 15 years. Spawning two spin offs, creating numerous brilliant characters and bringing The Who via the medium of the theme tune to a new generation. Personally I was a late comer to the show only jumping aboard with the season five finale directed by Quentin Tarantino. However despite enjoying the show I've always had this one small thing that annoyed me about it.

The team will arrive at the crime scene, examine it, find some incriminating evidence - be it a bullet or piece of purple fluff and then actually investigate the crime. Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! WHOA! Shouldn't they be handing the evidence over to the actual detectives so they can investigate? Is it just me who thinks this is a large leap from logic? D.B. by all means come to the scene, have a scoot round, give the police something to work with but after that get back to your lab do your thing with the bunson burners and leave the investigating to the cops.

Oh and another thing, leave the interrogations to Brass - the regular on the show that's actually a detective.

What about you ladies and gentle readers, is there anything about your favourite programmes that drive you up the wall?
